In 2015, Andrew revived a public speaking club in 6 months to become one of the biggest clubs in the country.

 

Lead the club from 7 active members to a full-house 200 participants -- a record attendance to a similar event in the club's 30-year history. (Typically an event like this only attracts 30-60 participants)

Andrew created "sales" teams to inspire the community. Remember, we're a volunteer organisation, so they didn't work for the pay, but for the cause. Andrew's so grateful and appreciative of the FYTCCon team that achieved so much -- achieved beyond our neigh-sayers' imagination.
